New Panel Saw and Edgebander at The Kitchen Yard

Due to our new business direction and expantion The Kitchen Yard has welcomed some new state-of-the-art machinery into our workshop. An Altendorf F45 Panel Saw and a EBM 400 Edgebander.





New Panel Saw arrives at The Kitchen Yard.

Our kitchen workshop team are excited to see new machinery being installed. 

The Panel Saw is "easy to use, and far quicker."

Features

There are three control units available all mounted at eye level each one allows you to move up to four axes and tilt the saw unit – to either side. You can choose exactly the options you need irrespective of the control unit selected. The new Altendorf F45 is the first and only sliding table saw to offer you these options. This configuration makes the operator’s life much simpler, because the swivel-mounted display is always visible from any working position – even from the right-hand side of the saw blade. 


EBM KDP 400 Hot Melt Edgebander



A single sided, straight line, gravity fed glue pot Edgebander.

Designed to apply coil material up to and including 2mm. The fully automatic board transportation system has a running speed of 7m/min.

The machine has an extendible front support rail to accommodate larger panels, which in conjunction with the top pressure beam gives a solid, reliable machine. A fully interlocked sound enclosure covers all the working units.
